Gifts for that Special Someone - Free Gift Wrapping.

If you would like to choose a gift from us we will take care of gift wrapping for you free of charge. Simply make sure to tell us your purchase is a gift by completing the special instructions box presented to you during checkout.

When you tell us you are sending a gift we will make sure we remove the price tag (very important!) and then carefully wrap your present in a mixture of tissue paper and white paper then, for a final finishing touch, beautiful ribbon in either pink or blue.

If you have asked us to enclose a special message, we will write or print that message on a carefully chosen tag which is then attached to your gift.

We then package up your gift carefully so that it is protected, ready to be posted.

Meanwhile we will post your receipt to you, so that you have it for your records and can be sure that we've taken care of everything.

Your gift is despatched from our shop either by Royal Mail first class post or Express delivery if you have chosen this option.

Finally, we send you a quick email to let you know that your gift has been despatched.

Remember, if you want to include a personal message with your gift then please provide us with the details in the comments box when you checkout.

Most items are despatched within one working day, though at extremely busy times like Christmas that may not always be possible. However if you pay for Express Delivery your order will automatically jump to the front of the queue regardless of whatever else we're doing and also be trackable.
