Following the birth of a darling daughter in 2008, the novelty of having to travel to Brighton and London to shop for her on an all too frequent basis soon wore off!
As all new parents come to realise, spending all day travelling and visiting various different shops isn’t always an easy thing to do. Hence the decision to create a one stop shop for fabulous baby and childrens wear.
The brand name was created (Bébé Jour is French for Baby Day - Day is our surname) and the first shop opened soon after. We carefully sourced all of our products one by one - from basics to luxury items, and it wasn’t long before the shop was bustling with happy customers. Due to the overwhelming success of the business in the first 6 months of trading, Bébé Jour was able to expand into larger premises and extend its range to include toys, accessories and toiletries.
By popular demand from customers who don’t live in Sussex, a website has been created to echo the original idea of an easy and convenient place to shop whilst not compromising on cutting edge products.
The same dedication to quality and choice is available in-store or online and we are confident we will meet all of your requirements, whether it be for your own children, or shopping for a loved one’s child, we are sure we have everything that you will need.
