UK
We are delighted to offer free Standard Delivery* to anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands on every item on our site. We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment.
We despatch orders from Monday to Friday. Goods are sent using Royal Mail.
Express Delivery (UK only) is available for urgent orders and is charged below cost at just £4.88.
Express Delivery means we will process your order as soon as we receive it and is a next working day delivery service.
We aim to despatch Express Delivery orders the same day if received by 1pm (13h00 BST) from Monday to Friday. Please note this means that if you place an order after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday it is not guaranteed to be delivered until Monday.
If an item is not in stock or there may be a delay in despatching your order we will advise you of this as soon as possible by email.
*Royal Mail aim to delivery 2nd class mail within 3 - 5 working days. Royal Mail aims to deliver 94% of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee this so your order may take a day or two more (or even longer at busy times of year) to arrive after it leaves us.
EU
Deliveries to the EU take around 5-10 working days depending on which country. Delivery within the EU is charged at £5.85 - however this is for standard parcels up to 2Kg. We will contact you for heavier parcels.
USA Australia and Rest of the World
We will despatch your order within 24 hours. All orders weighing less than 2Kg are sent using Royal Mail normal postal service and are charged at £6.83. We will contact you for heavier parcels.
Delayed Deliveries
Unfortunately, from time to time items can be delayed in the post. We will not give refunds or send replacements until 15 working days for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international deliveries. No worries, if you want to change or cancel your order just contact us shop@bebejour.com and we'll refund or exchange.
How safe is your website?
Our website processes the payment of orders through a secure payment gateway using a `secure server' connection. This is SagePay and we also integrate into other secure payment gateways.
A secure server connection means that any information, including credit card details, that passes through our site is encrypted and cannot be read by anybody either accidentally or on purpose.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website. All our products are made with great love and care from producers we have close relationships with. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it is unopened and is returned at your cost. Please email shop@bebejour.com for a reference number for the return prior to sending it. We will then provide a copy of the return address and a cover email. We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
