ORDER INFORMATION
Ordering from Bébé Jour is easy and all our products can be viewed and ordered via our secure online shop at www.bebejour.com. You can place and pay for your order on-line - a hassle free method of ordering which can be carried out any time of the day and any day of the week. All payments are processed by
encrypted payment connections which offers the highest level of security.
Order by phone 01424 457722 - Call any time between 10.30am and 5pm. Our store is in Hastings East Sussex and we will be happy to take your order details over the phone.

Dispatch Time
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and payment of an order, subject to stock availability. Delivery will be by 1st class, 2nd class or Express Delivery Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland
Delivery is free for all parcels up to 2kg. If heavier we will contact you. Express Delivery is charged below cost at £4.88. Gifts will always be posted 1st class (you need to have told us the item is a gift and we will wrap it for you free of charge). Standard free of charge postage will be Royal Mail 2nd class.
Outside UK Mainland
Delivery within the EU is charged at £5.85 however this is for standard parcels up to 2Kg, if your order weighs more than this will contact you. There may be occasions where the wrong postage fee is charged in which case we will contact you with the cheapest price we have available for posting your item.
USA Australia and Rest of the World
We will despatch your order within 24 hours. All orders weighing less than 2Kg are sent using Royal Mail normal postal service and are charged at £6.83. We will contact you for heavier parcels.
Delayed Delivery of Order/
Non-Delivery of Order
Customers in some parts of the world experience delay and difficulty receiving post for different reasons e.g customs procedures. We post all our orders in good faith and always obtain a proof of postage receipt. However if you are worried about delivery in the country or area you live in you can ask for guaranteed delivery. This is a more expensive service and we will confirm the cost with you before we post. If you email us asking for a special delivery service we will do our best to make arrangements for you.
Unfortunately, from time to time items can be delayed in the post. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international deliveries. See more information about

In the event of non delivery after a reasonable period of time we cannot accept responsibility and do not offer refunds for goods that have not arrived.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website. All our products are made with great love and care from producers we have close relationships with. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it is in original condition (all labels attached) and unworn or used and is returned at your cost. Please email shop@bebejour.com for a reference number for the return prior to sending it. We will then provide a copy of the return address and a cover email. We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Fraud Prevention
We are fully aware that online fraud is a serious issue and we have effective anti-fraud precautions in place. Anyone attempting to defraud our online shopping system will be pursued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us by email shop@bebejour.com as soon as possible with your details * Customer name * Order number *. Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section below for further details on our returns policy).
Discount Vouchers
Occasionaly we will supply loyalty discount codes to our customers or you may find a discount code in the press. These codes can be used to buy anything in store except for sale items. Should any of the items in your basket be sale items we will contact you for extra payment, the rest of your basket will remain at the discounted price. We only accept discount codes for UK deliveries. Codes may be withdrawn at any time.
Trade Description
We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur.
